Directly at the beach of the Minister-Bay, in a quiet and prestigious residential settlement,
      about 2.5 km north from the capital-city Scarborough and 17 km from the airport.       

 

      The following pictures show the view from the apartment-terrace:

The vegetation of the garden (1350 sqare meter) includes Coconut-, Papaya-, Mango-, Breadfruit- and Immortelltrees, Bougainvilleas, Sea grapes, Aloe Veras etc.

Our garden is next to the untouched Minister-Bay, to which we have a private path (50m)

The following pictures show the beach, where you can observe pelicans, fregattbirds an in summer big leatherback sea turtles

All year air- and water temperature is about 26-30° with a light and steady Atlantic breeze.
Out of our own experience we know, that the clean air relieves allergics from their allergies.
